TillNext: Paycheck Planner Privacy Policy

TillNext: Paycheck Planner is a local-first paycheck planning app. It helps you organize income, expenses, bill status, and month-to-month cash flow on your device.

Data TillNext Stores On Your Device
TillNext may store the following information locally on your device when you enter it:
- Income names, amounts, pay dates, and recurrence settings
- Expense names, amounts, due dates, autopay flags, and recurrence settings
- One-time expenses and status changes
- Month planning details, display preferences, and setup progress
- Terms agreement status and the local trial start date
- App lock settings and a secure verifier for a backup PIN if you create one
This information is used to run the app's planning features.
No Account Or External Connectors
TillNext does not use accounts, external connectors, Google integrations, or any third-party account login.
No Tracking Or Analytics
TillNext does not track you across apps or websites. TillNext does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking services.
No Data Collection By TillNext
TillNext does not send your planning data to the developer or to a developer-operated server. Your budgeting and paycheck details stay on your device unless you choose to export, back up, restore, or share them.
Purchases
TillNext uses Apple's StoreKit for the one-time lifetime unlock purchase. Apple processes App Store purchases. TillNext checks the local App Store purchase entitlement so it can unlock editing after purchase. TillNext does not receive your payment card information.
Exports And Backups
TillNext can export a spreadsheet-friendly CSV file from Settings, including Home cash and projected daily balance rows used to inspect planning calculations. TillNext can also save manual backups, save opt-in automatic daily backups to iCloud Drive, and restore from a CSV or backup file you choose.
iCloud Drive backups are stored in your Apple iCloud account using Apple's iCloud documents service. They are not sent to TillNext's developer or to a developer-operated server, and the developer does not have access to your backup contents.
If you export, back up, restore, or share a file, the destination you choose may handle that file according to its own privacy practices.
Local Reset
You can remove TillNext planning data from this device by using the local reset option in Settings. This reset is scoped to TillNext data on the device.
Support Requests
If you email support, your email address, message contents, and any information you choose to include are used to respond to the request. TillNext does not attach planning data automatically. Please do not include sensitive financial details in support messages.
Support communications may be handled through email and issue-reporting providers. Depending on the tool you choose, those communications may be processed outside your country or region.
EU, EEA, And UK Privacy Rights
TillNext is designed so your planning data is stored and controlled on your device. Because the developer does not collect that in-app planning data, most privacy requests can be handled directly in the app: export a CSV, save a manual backup, use your own iCloud Drive backup to access a copy, edit entries to correct them, restore from your own files, or use local reset/uninstall to delete TillNext data from the device.
If you contact support, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability for the support information you sent. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for a specific support communication. To make a request, email support@tillnext.app.
You may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Legal Bases
Local on-device processing is used to provide the app features you choose to use. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies to support communications, the legal bases may include responding to your request, complying with legal obligations, and the developer's legitimate interests in maintaining support records and protecting the service. StoreKit purchase processing is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy practices.
Retention
Local TillNext data stays on your device until you edit it, reset it, or remove the app. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to respond, maintain reasonable records, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service.
No Sale, Tracking, Or Automated Decisions
TillNext does not sell personal data, use third-party tracking, or make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Children's Privacy
TillNext is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This policy may be updated when TillNext changes how it handles data. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
