Tilly's Quest Terms of Use

These terms summarize the conditions for using Tilly's Quest. If you download Tilly's Quest from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a different App Store license is shown by Apple.

Educational Entertainment Only

Tilly's Quest is a game that teaches money concepts through play. Its quizzes, battles, minigames, and story are educational entertainment — not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, or banking advice. Do not make real-world money decisions based on game content.

In-Game Coins Are Not Real Money

Coins, rewards, and everything else earned in Tilly's Quest are fictional game items. They have no real-world value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or cashed out.

The Investing Expansion Purchase

The Investing Expansion is an optional one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store, presented behind a parental gate. Purchases, refunds, Family Sharing, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms. The expansion unlocks game content only.

No Accounts

Tilly's Quest does not use accounts or sign-ins. Game progress is stored on your device (and, optionally, backed up to your own iCloud account). Deleting a save slot or removing the app deletes that progress.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Tilly's Quest to violate the law, interfere with the app or App Store services, reverse engineer the app beyond what applicable law allows, or misrepresent the game as a financial product or professional advisor.

Availability And Changes

Tilly's Quest may change, add, or remove features over time. The app may be unavailable or behave differently because of operating system changes, device limitations, App Store services, or bugs.

Privacy

The Tilly's Quest privacy policy explains the game's no-ads, no-tracking design, iCloud backup, Game Center, purchases, the optional feedback box, and EU, EEA, and UK privacy rights.
