Tilly's Quest Privacy Policy

Tilly's Quest is a pixel-art role-playing game that teaches money concepts through battles and minigames. It is designed to be safe for younger players: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking.

Data Stored On Your Device

Game progress — save slots, coins, unlocked abilities, records, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It contains gameplay state only, not personal information, and stays on the device until you reset a save or remove the app.

iCloud Save Backup

If your device is signed into iCloud, Tilly's Quest backs up save slots and best-score records to your own Apple iCloud account using Apple's key-value storage, so progress and trophies can survive a new phone. This backup lives in your iCloud account; it is not sent to the developer, and the developer cannot access it. Without an iCloud account the game simply plays locally.

Game Center (Optional)

Tilly's Quest offers Apple Game Center leaderboards and achievements (for example, Daily Gauntlet scores). Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy, and signing in is optional — declining changes nothing about the game. The developer does not receive your Game Center identity.

Purchases

The optional Investing Expansion is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple's App Store. A parental gate is shown before any purchase can begin. The app checks only the local purchase entitlement to unlock the content; the developer never receives payment or card information. Purchases can be restored on a new device with the Restore Purchases button.

Feedback You Choose To Send

The title screen has an optional Feedback & Suggestions box. If you send feedback, the message text you typed, the app version, and the iOS version are delivered to the developer — either through Apple's iCloud service (one-tap send) or through an email you compose and send yourself. This is the only information the feedback feature sends, it is used solely to improve the game, and it is deleted once it is no longer needed. Please don't include personal information in feedback messages; to ask about or request deletion of a submission, email support@tillnext.app.

No Ads, Tracking, Or Analytics

Tilly's Quest contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no third-party trackers, and no social features beyond Apple Game Center. It does not track you across apps or websites, does not sell personal data, and does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Children's Privacy

Tilly's Quest is designed to be appropriate for children. It does not ask for names, emails, or accounts; it does not collect personal information from players; purchases sit behind a parental gate; and the only player-entered text that can leave the device is the optional feedback box described above. Parents with questions or requests can contact support@tillnext.app.

EU, EEA, And UK Privacy Rights

Because gameplay data stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, most privacy requests can be handled directly on the device: play data can be corrected in-game, reset per save slot, or removed entirely by deleting the app (and its iCloud backup is removed when a slot is deleted). For feedback submissions or support emails, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability by emailing support@tillnext.app. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Educational Content

Tilly's Quest teaches money concepts through play. Its quizzes, minigames, and story are educational entertainment — not financial, investment, or tax advice.

Changes

This policy may be updated when Tilly's Quest changes how it handles data. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
